I. General Terms and Conditions
Section 1 Scope, Provider
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us as the provider

through our Shopify online store.
(2) Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
(3) A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person who enters into a legal transaction in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Section 2 Conclusion of Contract – Goods
(1) The presentation of our products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) You can submit a binding purchase offer via the online shopping cart system. Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review and change all entries.
(3) By submitting the order via the button "order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email within 2 business days.
(4) You will automatically receive an order receipt confirmation by email containing all relevant contract information. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
Section 3 Conclusion of Contract – Digital Content / Download Products
(1) For download products or digital content, the contract is concluded when the content is made available in the online store and you accept the offer.
(2) By clicking the button "order with obligation to pay", you accept the offer in a legally binding manner.
(3) By agreeing to the immediate start of performance and waiving your right of withdrawal, you lose your right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as the download or access to the digital content begins.
Section 4 Usage License for Digital Content
(1) Digital instructions, tutorials, and download products are protected by copyright.
(2) You receive a simple, non-transferable license for personal use.
(3) It is prohibited to reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or make the content publicly available.
Section 5 Payment Terms
(1) The prices offered include all price components including statutory VAT.
(2) The available payment methods are displayed during the order process.
(3) The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Section 6 Delivery Conditions
(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
(2) Information about delivery times can be found in the respective offer and on our "Shipping Information" page.
(3) For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
Section 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Section 8 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Consumers are asked to inspect the goods upon delivery for obvious defects and to inform us immediately. Failure to do so has no effect on their statutory rights.
Section 9 Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Section 10 Choice of Law
(1) German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

3. Contract Language and Contract Text
(1) The contract languages are German and English.
(2) The contract text is not permanently stored. Before submitting the order, you can print or save the data. After conclusion of the contract, you will receive an email containing all relevant contract information.

7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
