Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Perlenburg DIY Jewelry Kit.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be complete, unused, and in its original packaging. Please make sure that all included materials, beads, findings, and accessories are returned with the kit. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, especially for international returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@perlenburg.de. Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened DIY kits with missing materials
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital-only products that have already been accessed or downloaded
  • Gift cards

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The item must be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging. This legal right does not affect our voluntary 30-day return period.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@perlenburg.de.

Right of Withdrawal

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by letter sent by post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;

  • digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery, where applicable.
